摘 要:以T700级别的某国产碳纤维和进口碳纤维为研究对象,使用Weibull法分析了两种纤维的单丝强度,利用Minitab工具分析了连续纤维长程强度的统计分布特征,通过NOL环复合材料拉伸强度分析了两种纤维复合材料强度的离散特性,并通过圆筒复合材料的爆破强度及其破坏形貌分析了两种纤维复合材料的失效形式。结果表明:与进口碳纤维相比,国产碳纤维单丝拉伸强度的一致性较差。国产碳纤维在连续纤维长程上的拉伸强度极差更大,极小值更低,容易导致其复合材料在较低应力下发生破坏,这可能是导致目前国产碳纤维复合材料强度转化率低于进口碳纤维的主要原因。Taking T700 grade domestic and imported carbon fiber(CF)as the research object,the monofilament tensile strength of both kinds of CF were studied by using Weibull method,and analyzed the statistical distribution characteristics of the continuous fiber with Minitab.The discrete characteristics of the tensile strength of CFRP were analyzed through NOL ring.The failure mode of CFRP was analyzed through the failure morphology of the FW composites cylinders.The research showed that the monofilament tensile strength of domestic carbon fiber was poorer than the imported one.The range of long-distance tensile strength of domestic carbon fiber was larger and the minimum value was lower than the import carbon fiber,it had brought about some weakened locations and so the failures frequently occurred.This was properly the main reason that why domestic carbon fiber showed a lower strength conversion rate than imported one.
