摘 要:在震动力场下燃烧普通硅橡胶复合材料,很容易被烧穿。通过添加莫来石纤维(MF)作为陶瓷层的桥梁骨架,制备陶瓷化防火震动硅橡胶复合材料,并研究MF含量对硅橡胶复合材料抗震动燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:随着MF含量的增加,硅橡胶复合材料的耐火性能得到明显的提升,防火等级达到V-0级,弯曲强度达到2.914MPa,陶瓷化率提高84.4%,线性烧蚀率大幅度降低,在1050℃,5g的震动加速度下燃烧15min,试样仍然没有被烧穿。Initial silicone rubber composite was easy to burn through in the case of vibrational combustion.Mullite fiber(MF)was added as the bridge skeleton of the ceramic layer,and the effect of MF content on vibrationresistant combustion performance of silicone rubber composites was studied.The results shown that with the increase of MFcone rubber fireproof property of the composites have been obvious improved,fire prevention level reach V-0,bending strength reached 2.914 MPa,ceramization rate increased by 84.4%,and the linear ablation rate was greatly reduced.The sample was not burned through at 1050℃ and 5 g of vibration acceleration for 15 min.
