摘  要:为了探究固体废物中Cd元素在砖窑协同处置时的挥发及固化规律,用Cd O和Cd Cl2·2.5H2O模拟普通固体废物和高氯固体废物中重金属Cd的赋存形态,通过热重分析实验探究纯重金属试剂的高温挥发规律,通过管式炉中试实验模拟烧砖过程,获取不同温度下Cd的挥发率和固化率,通过线性拟合的方式求得Cd在砖窑处置下的挥发动力学模型。结果表明:Cd O试剂在升温至400℃时的失重量为4.54%,此后直至温度升至1 000℃才开始二次失重;Cd Cl2·2.5H2O试剂升温至100℃失重8.87%,在680℃失重量为88.45%,随后保持稳定。含Cd O的模拟烧结砖在低温区(400~700℃)的固化率较高,为96.87%~85.53%,Cd Cl2·2.5H2O在低温区固化率较低,为87.18%~71.55%。最终得到Cd O和Cd Cl2·2.5H2O在砖窑烧结过程中挥发动力学模型分别为a=1-exp(-0.659exp(-1249/T)t)和a=1-exp(-1.059exp(-1439.3/T)t)。In order to investigate the volatilization and solidification of Cd in solid waste during the cooperative disposal of solid waste by brick kiln,Cd O and Cd Cl2·2.5H2O were used to simulate the occurrence of Cd in common solid waste and high chlorine solid waste.The volatile law of heavy metal reagents was investigated by TG analysis.The evaporation and curing rate of Cd at different temperatures were obtained by simulating the brick-burning process in a tubular furnace.The linear fitting was used to obtain the volatilization kinetics model of Cd in brick kiln.The results showed that,the weight loss of Cd O reagent was 4.54%when the temperature was raised to 400℃,and the second weight loss process started from 1 000℃.The weight loss of Cd Cl2·2.5H2O reagent was 8.87%at 100℃and 88.45%at 680℃,then remained stable.The curing rate of simulated sintered bricks containing Cd O was96.87%~85.53%in the low temperature zone (400~700℃).The curing rate of Cd Cl2·2.5H2O in the low temperature zone was87.18%~71.55%.Finally,the volatilization kinetics models of Cd O and Cd Cl2·2.5H2O in the sintering process of brick kiln were determined as follows:a=1-exp(-0.659exp(-1 249/T) t) and a=1-exp(-1.059exp(-1 439.3/T) t),respectively.
