摘  要:邯郸某煤化工企业焦炉气变压吸附提氢联产LNG项目试运行阶段,甲烷化装置前的精脱硫氧化锌出口总硫数据一直超过100μg·m^(-3),在排除氧化锌质量问题后最终发现是管道内壁附着的硫化亚铁与高温氢气反应生成的硫化氢导致出口总硫数据超标。在先后使用质量分数为5%的磷酸溶液和5%的碳酸钠溶液清洗管道后彻底解决管道放硫问题,出口总硫持续小于100μg·m^(-3)。During the trial operation phase of the coke oven gas pressure swing adsorption hydrogen extraction co-production LNG project of a coal chemical enterprise in Handan, the total sulfur data of the refined desulfurization zinc oxide section before the methanation unit has always exceeded 100 μg·m^(-3). It was finally discovered that the hydrogen sulfide generated by the reaction of ferrous sulfide on the inner wall of the pipeline with high-temperature hydrogen made the export total sulfur data exceed the standard after excluding the quality reasons of zinc oxide. After cleaning the pipeline with 5% phosphoric acid solution and 5% sodium carbonate solution, the problem of sulfur release in the pipeline was completely solved, and the total sulfur at the outlet continued to be less than 100 μg·m^(-3).
