摘 要:目的分析肺部超声与胸部X片在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月我院收治的100例疑似NRDS患儿,行肺部超声和胸部X片检查,以临床诊断结果为金标准,比较两种检查方式的准确度、特异度和敏感度。结果临床诊断结果显示,83例患儿确诊NRDS。肺部超声诊断NRDS的准确度、特异度和灵敏度分别为80.00%、88.24%、96.39%,明显高于胸部X片的65.00%、41.18%、78.31%(P<0.05)。结论肺部超声在NRDS诊断中的效能高于胸部X片,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of pulmonary ultrasound and chest X-ray in the diagnosis of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods 100 children with suspected NRDS admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and given pulmonary ultrasound and chest X-ray examination.Taking the clinical diagnostic results as the gold standard,the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the two examination methods were compared.Results The clinical diagnostic results showed that 83 children were diagnosed as NRDS.The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of pulmonary ultrasound in the diagnosis of NRDS were 80.00%,88.24%and 96.39%,respectively,significantly higher than 65.00%,41.18%and 78.31%of chest X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusions Pulmonary ultrasound has higher efficiency than chest X-ray in the diagnosis of NRDS,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
