摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术与开窗取胚术对输卵管妊娠患者输卵管通畅率的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2016年12月至2019年12月收治的60例输卵管妊娠患者临床资料,分为两组各30例。对照组采用输卵管开窗取胚术治疗,实验组采用输卵管切开取胚术治疗,两组均于腹腔镜下进行手术。比较两组的手术指标、输卵管造影结果及术后不良事件发生率。结果实验组手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05);两组的手术总出血量与肛门排气时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,实验组输卵管通畅率较高,盆腔粘连率与术后不良事件发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术治疗输卵管妊娠患者的临床效果显著,可提高输卵管通畅率,减少术后不良事件的发生,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of laparoscopic tubal embryo salpingotomy and fenestration on tubal patency rate of tubal pregnancy patients.Methods The clinical data of 60 tubal pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fenestration,and the experimental group was treated with tubal embryo salpingotomy.Both groups underwent laparoscopic surgery.The surgical indicators,tubal angiography results and the incidence of postoperative adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the total operation blood loss and anal exhaust time between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the tubal patency rate of the experimental group was higher,and the pelvic adhesion rate and the incidence of postoperative adverse events were lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic embryo salpingotomy in the treatment of tubal pregnancy patients has significant clinical effect,and can improve the tubal patency rate and reduce the postoperative adverse events,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
