宫腹腔镜联合COOK导丝治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析宫腹腔镜联合COOK导丝治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的92例输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用宫腹腔镜治疗,观察组采用宫腹腔镜联合COOK导丝治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及术后1年内妊娠情况。结果观察组的总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的78.26%(P<0.05)。随访1年,观察组正常宫内妊娠率为60.87%,高于对照组的30.43%(P<0.05);观察组未孕率为30.43%,低于对照组的56.52%(P<0.05);两组的异位妊娠率(8.70%vs.13.04%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合COOK导丝治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症效果显著,可有效提高患者的妊娠率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with COOK guide wire in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility.Methods 92 patients with tubal obstructive infertility admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with COOK guide wire.The clinical efficacy and pregnancy within 1 year after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,significantly higher than 78.26%of the control group(P<0.05).Following up for 1 year,the normal intrauterine pregnancy rate of the observation group was 60.87%,higher than 30.43%of the control group(P<0.05);The infertility rate of the observation group was 30.43%,lower than 56.52%of the control group(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found in the ectopic pregnancy rate(8.70%vs.13.04%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with COOK guide wire has significant effect in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility,and can effectively improve the pregnancy rate of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
