摘 要:目的分析无加压下平板型数字胃肠机在静脉肾盂造影(IVP)中的应用价值。方法选择2017年8月至2019年10月在我院行IVP检查的患者143例,根据检查方法不同将其分为对照组(n=70)和研究组(n=73)。对照组采用传统加压下IVP,研究组采用无加压下平板型数字胃肠机行IVP,比较两组患者的IVP图像质量、检查时间、疾病诊断准确率及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,研究组的IVP图像质量较好,检查时间较短,疾病诊断准确率较高,不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论无加压下平板型数字胃肠机应用于IVP检查中可缩短检查时间,提高图像质量及疾病诊断准确率,减少检查过程中的不良反应,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of non-compression flat-panel digital gastrointestinal machine in intravenous pyelography(IVP).Methods 143 cases of patients undergoing IVP examination in our hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=70)and study group(n=73)according to different examination methods.The control group was given IVP under traditional compression,and the study group was given IVP under non-compression flat-panel digital gastrointestinal machine.The IVP image quality,examination time,disease diagnostic accuracy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the IVP image quality of the study group was better,the examination time was shorter,the disease diagnostic accuracy was higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Non-compression flat-panel digital gastrointestinal machine in the application of IVP examination can shorten the examination time,improve the image quality and disease diagnostic accuracy,and reduce the adverse reactions during examination,which has higher clinical application value.
