摘 要:目的分析氨茶碱联合尼可刹米治疗急性呼吸衰竭患儿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年3月至2020年3月我院收治的50例急性呼吸衰竭患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(25例,尼可刹米治疗)和观察组(25例,氨茶碱联合尼可刹米治疗)。比较两组患儿治疗前、治疗7 d后的PaO2、PaCO2、氧合指数以及治疗期间不良反应。结果治疗前,两组的PaO2、PaCO2、氧合指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d后,两组的PaO2、氧合指数升高,PaCO2下降,且观察组的PaO2、氧合指数高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组的不良反应发生率(24.00%vs.16.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨茶碱联合尼可刹米治疗急性呼吸衰竭患儿可有效改善其肺氧合能力,增加其血氧含量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of aminophylline combined with nikethamide in the treatment of children with acute respiratory failure.Methods The clinical data of 50 children with acute respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(25 cases,nikethamide)and observation group(25 cases,aminophylline combined with nikethamide)according to different treatment schemes.The PaO2,PaCO2 and oxygenation index before and 7 days after treatment,and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the PaO2,PaCO2 and oxygenation index between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the PaO2 and oxygenation index of the two groups increased,and the PaCO2 decreased(P<0.05);The PaO2 and oxygenation index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,no statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(24.00%vs.16.00%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Aminophylline combined with nikethamide in the treatment of children with acute respiratory failure can effectively improve the pulmonary oxygenation capacity,and improve the blood oxygen content with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
