血清性激素水平与妊娠期高血压综合征的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清性激素水平与妊娠期高血压综合征的相关性。方法选取我院2018年6月至2019年12月期间收治的妊娠期高血压综合征患者90例,依据病情严重程度分为轻度组(54例,轻度子痫前期)和重度组(36例,重度子痫前期)。另选取同期于我院产检的36例健康孕妇作为健康组。比较三组的血清性激素水平,并分析血清性激素水平与妊娠期高血压综合征的相关性。结果重度组的雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平明显低于轻度组和健康组,泌乳素(PRL)水平明显高于轻度组和健康组(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,E2、T、P、FSH、LH、PRL是妊娠期高血压综合征的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论血清性激素水平是诱发妊娠期高血压综合征的危险因素,且妊娠期高血压综合征病情越重,其水平异常情况越明显。Objective To analyze the correlation between the serum sex hormone levels and pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 90 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into mild group(54 cases,mild preeclampsia)and severe group(36 cases,severe preeclampsia)according to the disease severity.36 healthy pregnant women with prenatal examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as healthy group.The serum sex hormone levels of the three groups were compared,and the correlation between serum sex hormone levels and pregnancy-induced hypertension was analyzed.Results The levels of estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the severe group were significantly lower than those in the mild group and healthy group,and the prolactin(PRL)level was significantly higher than that in the mild group and healthy group(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that E2,T,P,FSH,LH and PRL were the risk factors for pregnancy-induced hypertension(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Serum sex hormone levels are the risk factors for pregnancy-induced hypertension,and the more severe the pregnancy-induced hypertension,the more obvious the abnormal level.
