摘　　要：目的探讨高通量透析对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态和营养状态的影响。方法将240例行维持性血液透析治疗的患者随机分为观察组与对照组各120例。对照组采用常规血液治疗,观察组采用高通量透析治疗。透析12周后,比较两组的微炎症状态、营养状态指标。结果透析后,观察组的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于透析前,对照组的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均高于透析前,且观察组的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。透析后,观察组的TP、ALB、BMI高于透析前,对照组的TP、ALB、BMI低于透析前,且观察组的TP、ALB、BMI高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高通量透析可改善维持性血液透析患者机体微炎症状态及营养状态。Objective To explore the influence of high flux dialysis on microinflammatory status and nutritional status in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 240 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was given routine blood therapy,while the observation group was treated with high flux dialysis.After 12 weeks of dialysis,the indicators of microinflammatory status and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results After dialysis,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those before dialysis,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the control group were higher than those before dialysis,and the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After dialysis,the TP,ALB and BMI of the observation group were higher than those before dialysis,the TP,ALB and BMI of the control group were lower than those before dialysis,and the TP,ALB and BMI of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High flux dialysis can improve the microinflammatory status and nutritional status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
