学龄期白血病患儿生活质量现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析学龄期白血病患儿生活质量现状及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年6月期间我院收治的126例学龄期白血病患儿的临床资料,采用自制问卷和生存质量普适性核心量表(PedsQL 4.0)调查患儿生活质量现状,并分析影响其生活质量的相关因素。结果126例学龄期白血病患儿中,54例(42.86%)生活质量良好,72例(57.14%)生活质量较差。生活质量良好者监护人学历高中以上、月收入≥5000元、已婚、患病时间<1年,患儿住院次数<2次占比高于生活质量较差者(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,监护人学历高中及以下、月收入<5000元、离异,患儿患病时间≥1年、住院次数≥2次是影响学龄期白血病患儿生活质量的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论学龄期白血病患儿生活质量现状不容乐观,监护人学历高中及以下、月收入<5000元、离异及患儿患病时间≥1年、住院次数≥2次是影响患儿生活质量的独立危险因素。Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of the quality of life of school-age children with leukemia.Methods The clinical data of 126 school-age children with leukemia admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The current status of quality of life in children was investigated by self-made questionnaire and PedsQL 4.0,and the related factors affecting the quality of life were analyzed.Results Among 126 school-age children with leukemia,54 cases(42.86%)had good quality of life,and 72 cases(57.14%)had poor quality of life.In children with good quality of life,the proportion of guardians with educational level above high school degree,monthly income≥5000 yuan and marriage,and children with illness duration<1 year and hospitalized times<2 times was higher than those with poor quality of life(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors influencing the quality of life of school-age leukemia children were guardians with educational level of high school or below,monthly income<5000 yuan and divorce,and children with illness duration≥1 year,and hospitalization times≥2 times(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The current status of quality of life in school-age children with leukemia is not optimistic.Guardians with educational level of high school or below,monthly income<5000 yuan and divorce,and children with illness duration≥1 year and hospitalization times≥2 times are the independent risk factors affecting the quality of life of children with leukemia.
