摘 要:转子线圈匝间短路是发电机常见故障,可对机组运行产生不良影响甚至可能导致严重后果。目前采用的转子匝间短路试验方法中,探测线圈波形法具有在线监测发电机转子匝间短路故障的优点。文中介绍了探测线圈波形法的试验原理和FDZC调整测试方法,并结合实际案例验证该方法有助于及时分析运行中发电机轴承振动明显增大的原因,判别振动异常是否为转子线圈匝间短路引起,为发电机轴承振动异常提供准确、可靠的处理依据,并为类似问题提供参考经验。本文最后建议采用探测线圈波形法的单位应重视前端磁通传感器的安装和维护工作,保证监测工作的准确性和可靠性。Turn-to-turn short circuit of generator rotor coil is a common fault,which has bad effect on generating set and maybe lead to serious consequences.Among the current rotor turn-to-turn short circuit test methods,the detection coil waveform method has the advantage of on-line monitoring generator rotor turn-to-turn short circuit fault.This paper introduces the test principle of the detection coil waveform method and the FDZC adjustment test method,and verifies that the method is helpful to analyze the cause of the obvious vibration increase of the generator bearing in time.The method can judge whether the abnormal vibration is caused by the turn-to-turn short circuit of the rotor coil,which provides accurate and reliable processing basis for the abnormal vibration of the generator bearing,and provides reference experience for similar problems.Finally,it is suggested that the power plant adopting the detecting coil waveform method should pay attention to the installation and maintenance of the flux sensor in the bore of the generator to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the monitoring.
