摘 要:浙江省纳入“十三五”增效扩容改造实施方案的河流改造项目共有140个,包括148个生态改造项目,204个水电站增效扩容改造项目。截至2020年4月,项目全部完工,总体完成情况优良,成效显著。介绍浙江省增效扩容改造项目完成情况及效果,总结经验,并对其特色、亮点进行分析。结合增效扩容项目中发现的问题,对下一阶段的“十四五”规划提出几点思考及相关建议,以期推进小水电绿色发展。There are 140 river improvement projects(including 148 ecological improvement and 204 hydropower station efficiency increase and capacity expansion projects)in the Efficiency Increase and Capacity Expansion Implementation Plan of Zhejiang Province during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period.By April 2020,the projects had been completed with excellent overall completion and remarkable results.This paper introduces the completion and results of these projects,summarizes experience and analyzes the features and highlights.Considering the problems found in the projects,this paper puts forward some thoughts and relevant suggestions for the next stage of the“14th Five-Year Plan”,in order to promote the green development of small hydropower.
