摘　　要：以江苏园博园项目主展馆为依托,采用灯芯绒造型清水混凝土施工工艺,解决了废弃砖筒仓保留工业原貌改造难题,为工业遗址改建再利用提供参考。为保证混凝土浇筑质量,体现工业遗址特色,采用PVC波纹板作为钢模板罩面板。采用高强度灌浆料浇筑筒仓顶部压顶梁,以提高承载力,方便自悬挂提升钢平台快速安装。通过在筒仓底部设置混凝土梁,增加基础整体性,避免不均匀沉降引起结构再次开裂、变形等。新增钢筋网,并与原有筒仓内壁相连,以保证新旧结构整体性及后期使用安全。Relying on the main exhibition hall of the Jiangsu Garden Expo project,the corduroy-shaped fair-faced concrete construction technology is used to solve the problem of the original industrial appearance of the abandoned brick silo and provide a reference for the reconstruction and reuse of industrial sites.In order to ensure the quality of concrete pouring and reflect the characteristics of the industrial site,PVC corrugated board is used as the steel formwork cover panel.High-strength grouting material is used to pour the top pressure beam on the top of the silo to increase the bearing capacity and facilitate the quick installation of the self-suspended lifting steel platform.A concrete beam is set at the bottom of the silo to increase the integrity of the foundation and avoid structural cracking and deformation caused by uneven settlement.A new concrete steel mesh is added and connected to the inner wall of the original silo to ensure the integrity of the new and old structures and the safety of later use.
