摘　　要：目的:探讨家属参与护理模式对首次解冻胚胎移植(FTET)患者的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2020年6月在福建医科大学附属第二医院生殖医学科就诊的100例接受首次胚胎解冻移植的患者。随机分为观察组(52例,家属参与护理模式)和对照组(48例,常规护理模式)。比较两组临床妊娠成功率,以及两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:观察组妊娠成功率为82.69%(43/52),显著高于对照组的64.58%(31/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.261,P=0.039)。观察组APGAR评分为(5.75±0.83)分,高于对照组的(4.54±0.78)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.496,P<0.001)。护理后,观察组焦虑和抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家属参与护理模式可以有效减轻首次解冻胚胎移植患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的家庭支持和社会支持,对改善患者心理状态具有重要的应用价值。Objective:To explore the influence of family involvement nursing mode on patients with first frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FFET).Method:A total of 100 patients who received the first embryo thawing transfer in the department of reproductive medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group (52 cases,family involvement nursing mode) and the control group (48 cases,conventional nursing mode).The clinical pregnancy success rate of the two groups was compared,and the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the two groups were compared.Result:The pregnancy success rate of the observation group was 82.69% (43/52),which was significantly higher than 64.58% (31/48) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.261,P=0.039).The APGAR score of the observation group was (5.75±0.83) points,which was higher than (4.54±0.78) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (t=7.496,P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Family involvement nursing mode can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of FFET patients,improve the family support and social support of patients,and has important application value to improve the psychological state of patients.
