摘  要:目的:探讨生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果。方法:选择2019年7月-2020年4月本院产后盆底功能障碍73例,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组36例,行常规盆底肌锻炼(Kegel锻炼)治疗,观察组37例行生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel锻炼治疗,对两组临床疗效、盆底功能及性生活质量进行观察。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组后静息、快肌评估及60 s慢肌阶段肌电值均高于治疗前,观察组快肌评估及60 s慢肌阶段肌电值均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后,后静息阶段肌电值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月观察组盆底肌力优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FSFI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼可通过增强盆底肌电值和肌力,提高临床疗效及改善性生活质量。Objective:Investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Method:A total of 73 cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in our hospital from July 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (36 cases) used routine pelvic floor muscle exercise (Kegel exercise) and the observation group (37 cases) used biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel exercise.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor function and sexual life quality of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the EMG values of the two groups in post-rest,fast muscle and 60 s slow muscle stage were higher than those before treatment,the EMG values of the observation group at fast muscle evaluation and 60 s slow muscle stage were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),the EMG values of the two groups in post-rest before and after treatment had no statistical significance (P>0.05).After treatment for 3 months,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The FSFI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise can improve the clinical efficacy and quality of sexual life by enhancing pelvic floor EMG and muscle strength.
