摘　　要：随着如今社会的不断发展,情志病是当今影响人正常生活和健康的疾病之一,它已成为威胁人类身心健康的一大隐患。生活压力与欲望的增多而导致人们心理上不堪重负,继而出现身体上的不适。虽然表现出的症状是身体难以承受,但并未检查出异常。现代医学也对情志病的内在规律进行尝试研究,虽有成果但仍有许多待解决的问题,中医在心理学的研究上占相当的优势,《黄帝内经》对如今情志病的预防与治疗具有十分重要的意义。按照中医的理论,不同的情志病会出现不同的脏腑表现,过度的情绪变化长期作用于身体,会导致脏腑失调,影响正常的功能活动。近几年来,由精神因素而引起的身心疾病广为流行,中医学情志的保健思想正渐渐引起人们关注。发病率趋于升高的情志病一直备受各代医家关注,但对其记载仍未达到统一、规范,笔者通过积累相关文献,对情志病的治疗相关方面进行综合阐述,以更好地指导临床在治疗情志病的选择方法上提供参考价值。With the continuous development of nowadays society,emotional disease is one of the diseases affect people normal lives and health,It has become a threat to human physical and mental health of a big hidden trouble.The increase of life pressure and desire leads to people’s psychological overload,and then physical discomfort.Although showing symptoms were the body unbearable,no abnormality was detected.Modern medicine is to attempt to study the inherent law of modern disease,although have results but there are still many problems to be resolved,traditional Chinese medicine has considerable advantages in psychological research,Huangdi Neijing for nowadays modern disease prevention and treatment is important.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,different emotional diseases will have different manifestations of the viscera,Excessive emotional changes on the body for a long time,will lead to the dysfunction of the viscera,affect the function of normal activities.In recent years,mental and physical diseases caused by mental factors are widely prevalent,and the health care thought of traditional Chinese medicine is gradually attracting people’s attention.Emotional diseases,whose incidence tends to rise,have been concerned by doctors of various generations,but their records have not yet reached unified and standard.The author through the accumulation of related literature,the treatment of emotional diseases related aspects of comprehensive elaboration,in order to better guide the clinical treatment of emotional diseases in the choice of methods to provide reference value.
