解郁熄风汤联合穴位注射治疗不寐证患者的效果及对睡眠结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察解郁熄风汤联合穴位注射治疗不寐证患者的效果及对睡眠结构的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月在本院就诊,收治以不寐症为诊断的患者总计90例,实施随机数字法分组,每组45例,选取其中45例患者实施解郁熄风汤治疗设置为对照组,实施解郁熄风汤联合穴位注射治疗则为试验组。对照两组治疗前、后睡眠质量评分、睡眠结构评分及临床治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前的PSQI、睡眠结构评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后PSQI各项评分均有所下降,试验组低于对照组,而睡眠结构评分则上升,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在不寐证患者的治疗中,实施以解郁熄风汤联合穴位注射治疗,可以较为明显地改善患者的睡眠质量,改善睡眠结构,提升临床疗效,效果理想。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jieyu Xifeng Decoction combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of insomnia and its influence on sleep structure.Method:A total of 90 patients with insomnia diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.Among them,45 patients were treated with Jieyu Xifeng Decoction as the control group,and the experimental group was treated with Jieyu Xifeng Decoction combined with acupoint injection.The sleep quality score,sleep structure score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:There were no significant difference in PSQI and sleep structure score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores were decreased,and the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,while the sleep structure scores were increased,and the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of insomnia patients,the implementation of Jieyu Xifeng Decoction combined with acupoint injection can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,improve the sleep structure,and enhance the clinical therapeutic effect,with ideal effect.
