中药热奄包对脾气虚证型胃癌腹胀患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药热奄包热敷腹部对治疗脾气虚证胃癌腹胀患者的效果。方法:将2019年1-12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的60例脾气虚证胃癌腹胀患者随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中药热奄包热敷神阙穴(脐部及周围)治疗,观察两组治疗后的总有效率、肛门首次排气时间及首次排便时间。结果:试验组总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的86.7%(P<0.05)。肛门首次排气时间及首次排便时间试验组早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗基础上采用中药热奄包热敷神阙穴(脐部及周围)治疗脾气虚证型胃癌腹胀患者效果显著,值得临床开展。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package on abdominal distension of gastric cancer with spleen Qi deficiency syndrome.Method:A total of 60 cases of gastric cancer patients with abdominal distension due to spleen Qi deficiency syndrome admitted to the People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot package compress Shenque(umbilicus and surrounding).The time of first anal exhaust and first defecation,total effective rate in two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than 86.7%of the control group(P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time in the experimental group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine hot package compress Shenque(umbilicus and surrounding)has a significant effect in the treatment of gastric cancer with abdominal distension of spleen Qi deficiency syndrome,which is worthy of clinical development.
