中药穴位贴敷对腰椎骨折患者术后腹部胀满、排便困难的疗效

摘　　要：目的:结合临床工作探讨运用中药穴位贴敷对改善腰椎骨折患者术后腹部胀满和排便困难的疗效,探讨穴位贴敷的有效性。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月本院收治的60例将因腰椎骨折行手术治疗患者纳为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上增加中药穴位贴敷治疗。结果:观察组腹胀、排便困难的发生率明显低于对照组,排便次数与矢气次数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药穴位贴敷能有效改善腰椎骨折患者术后腹部胀满、排便困难问题,可在临床推广应用。Objective:Combining clinical work to explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the improvement of postoperative abdominal distension and defecating difficulty in patients with lumbar fractures,and to explore the effectiveness of acupoint application.Method:A total of 60 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study of patients with lumbar fractures undergoing surgical treatment,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Result:The incidence of abdominal distension and difficulty defecation in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the frequency of defecation and the number of flatus were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can effectively improve postoperative abdominal distension and difficulty in defecation in patients with lumbar vertebral fractures,and can be used in clinical applications.
