心电图对心肌梗死患者多支冠脉病变的诊断价值及准确性分析

摘　　要：探究心电图对心肌梗死患者多支冠脉病变的诊断价值及准确性。选择80例前壁心肌梗死患者,所有患者均进行心电图和冠状动脉造影检查,对比单支冠脉病变与多支冠脉病变心电图的分布差异。心电图诊断准确率为96.25%,与冠脉造影差异显著(P>0.05)。下壁导联ST段抬高患者中,左前降支累及单支血管病变患者和左前降支累及多支血管病变患者的心电图特征无显著差异(P>0.05)。下壁导联ST段压低患者中,左前降支累及单支血管病变患者和左前降支累及多支血管病变患者的V4、V5、V6等导联的心电图特征差异显著(P<0.05)。心电图检查对心肌梗死患者多支冠脉病变具有较高的诊断准确性,能区分冠脉多支病变,可为临床提供可靠的辅助检查依据。The research explores the diagnostic value and accuracy of ECG on multiple coronary artery lesions in patients with myocardial infarction.80 patients with myocardial infarction are examined by ECG and coronary angiography.Distribution difference of electrocardiogram of single and multiple coronary artery diseases is compared.Accuracy rate of ECG diagnosis is 96.25%,and there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Among patients with ST segment elevation of the lower wall lead,there is no statistically significant difference in ECG characteristics of patients with left anterior descending branch involved single vessel lesion and patients with anterior descending branch involved multiple vessel lesion(P>0.05).Among patients with ST segment depression of the lower wall lead,there is statistically significant difference in ECG characteristics of V4,V5 and V6 of patients with left anterior descending branch involved single vessel lesion and patients with anterior descending branch involved multiple vessel lesion(P<0.05).ECG examination has relatively high diagnosis value of multiple coronary artery lesions of patients with myocardial infarction.It can divide multiple coronary artery disease,and can provide reliable basis of auxiliary examination for the clinic.
