摘  要:分析多层螺旋CT断层扫描在诊断小肠梗阻中的意义。择取124例疑似小肠梗阻患者为研究样本,对受试者实施X线检查及多层螺旋CT扫描检查,分析两种检查方法诊断小肠梗阻的有效性。多层螺旋CT诊断小肠梗阻的准确率为95.16%,X线诊断小肠梗阻的准确率为41.9%。经多层螺旋CT诊断共误诊6例,其中2例肠结核、2例克罗恩病、2例慢性炎症。经X线检查共误诊72例,其中,肠套叠2例,腹外疝7例,肿瘤10例,肠结核20例,克罗恩病13例,慢性炎症20例,均被误诊为小肠黏连。多层螺旋CT的诊断准确率显著高于X线的诊断准确率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对疑似性小肠梗阻患者采用多层螺旋CT扫描诊断,有较高的诊断准确率。The research analyzes the significance of multi-slice spiral CT scan in the diagnosis of small intestine obstruction.124 suspected patients with small intestine obstruction are selected as the research samples.Subjects receive X ray examination and multi-slice spiral CT scan.Effectiveness of small intestine obstruction diagnosis of two examination methods is analyzed.Accuracy rate of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis on small intestine obstruction is 95.16%,and the accuracy rate of X ray is 41.9%.In diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT scan,there are 6 misdiagnosis cases,including 2 cases with enterophthisis,2 cases with Crohn’s disease and 2 cases with chronic inflammation.In X ray diagnosis,there are 72 misdiagnosis cases,including 2 cases with indigitation,7 cases with abdominal external hernia,10 cases with tumor,20 cases with enterophthisis,13 cases with Crohn’s disease,and 20 cases with chronic inflammation.They are all misdiagnosed with small intestine synechia.The accuracy rate of multi-slice spiral CT scan is significantly higher than X ray,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The multi-slice spiral CT scan in the diagnosis of suspected small intestine obstruction has relatively high diagnosis accuracy.
