摘　　要：为提升采煤作业的安全性,分析了钻杆折断事故的判断方法,提出预防措施。应提高管材加工质量,严格遵守操作规程,采用钻杆胶箍、钻机配用扭矩限制器。当出现钻杆折断事故后,应判别丝锥对上断头和吃扣的方法,做好钻杆断脱、弯曲断头、插钎事故的处理。In order to improve the safety of coal mining,the research analyzes the judgment method of drill pipe breaking off accident,and proposes preventive measures.It is suggested to improve pipe processing quality,strictly obey operating instruction,adopt drill pipe rubber band and equip torque limiter by the drilling machine.After the accident of the break off of drill pipe,it is necessary to judge tap on the broken end and snap method,and do well in the process of drill pipe breaking off,curve and broken ends,and insert bit accident.
