摘 要:目的探讨影响2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]的因素。方法选取2018年6月~2019年5月上海市同济医院内分泌科T2DM住院患者557例为研究对象,收集患者临床资料,测定患者血清25(OH)D水平,比较性别、年龄、BMI、季节、病程和病种等因素与25(OH)D水平的关系,分析患者血清中维生素D水平与T2DM的相关性。结果不同性别、年龄、BMI、病种T2DM患者25(OH)D水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同季节、病程T2DM患者25(OH)D水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,季节、病程为25(OH)D缺乏的影响因素。结论T2DM患者25(OH)D水平缺乏现象普遍存在,具有明显的季节特性,且随着T2DM病程的进展,25(OH)D水平逐渐降低。Objective To explore the factors that influence the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 557 inpatients with T2DM in the Department of Endocrinology,Tongji Hospital,Shanghai from June 2018 to May2019 were selected as the research objects.Collecting clinical data of patients,determine the patient’s serum 25(OH)D level,compare the relationship between gender,age,BMI,season,course and type of disease and other factors and 25(OH)D level,and analyze the relationship between serum vitamin D level and T2DM correlation.Results There was no statistically significant difference in 25(OH)D levels in T2DM patients with different gender,age,BMI,and disease types(P>0.05).The 25(OH)D levels of T2DM patients in different seasons and courses of disease were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The results of multivariate analysis showed that the season and the course of the disease were the influencing factors of 25(OH)D deficiency.Conclusion The lack of 25(OH)D levels in T2DM patients is widespread,with obvious seasonal characteristics,and as the course of T2DM progresses,25(OH)D levels gradually decrease.
