缪刺配合针刺运动疗法治疗早期桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨缪刺配合针刺运动疗法治疗早期桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年4月~2017年4月于首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院就诊的62例早期桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=30)。治疗组采用缪刺+针刺运动疗法,对照组采用常规刺法。比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、Cooney评分、临床疗效、不良反应。结果治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,Cooney评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应率为15.63%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缪刺配合针刺运动疗法治疗早期桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎临床疗效肯定,可有效缓解关节疼痛、改善关节活动度、恢复关节功能,疗效优于常规针刺方法,且具有操作简便、痛苦小及安全性高等优势。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of contralateral puncture combined with acupuncture exercise therapy in the treatment of early stenosis tenosynovitis of radius styloid process.Methods A total of 62 patients with early stenosy tenosynovitis of the radius styloid process who were treated at Beijing You’an Hospital of Capital Medical University from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,they were divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=30).The treatment group used contralateral puncture+acupuncture exercise therapy,and the control group used conventional acupuncture.The VAS score,Cooney score,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the Cooney score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05);The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was 15.63%,which was lower than 40.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Contralateral puncture combined with acupuncture exercise therapy has a positive clinical effect in the treatment of early radius styloid process stenosis tenosynovitis,which can effectively relieve joint pain,improve joint mobility,and restore joint function.The curative effect is better than conventional acupuncture methods,and it has simple operation and less pain and high security advantages.
