摘  要:针对目前导弹武器系统作战效能评估存在层次跨度大、基础数据庞杂、结构不确定因素多等问题,基于使命和方法框架构建出反舰导弹作战指标体系,结合观察-判断-决策-行动(OODA)作战环思想,构建体系作战网络模型,并采用改进信息熵法提出一种科学准确的作战效能评估方法。通过具体实例对新型反舰导弹作战效能进行评估,计算出其体系贡献度为16.2%,验证了此方法的可行性。In view of the current operational effectiveness evaluation of missile weapon systems,there are problems such as large hierarchical span,complex basic data,and many structural uncertain factors.Based on the mission and method framework,constructs an antiship missile combat index system,and combines the observe,orient,decide,act(OODA)combat loop idea to construct a system combat network model.Using the improved information entropy method,a scientific and accurate combat effectiveness evaluation method is proposed.The missile combat effectiveness is evaluated through specific examples,and the system contribution rate of the new antiship missile is calculated to be 16.2%,which verifies the feasibility of this method.
