摘　　要：绿色发展是以效率、和谐、可持续发展为目标的社会发展方式。政府作为绿色发展理念的倡导者、绿色发展方式的推动者、绿色发展智慧的实践者、绿色发展模式的构建者、绿色发展责任的担当者等,肩负着培育浓郁生态文化、促进生态保护和修复、综合治理生态环境、防控生态风险、推动绿色产业发展的重任。更好更快地推动绿色发展,需要政府强化绿色发展政治担当、推行生态责任清单管理、构建绿色生产生活体系、提升绿色发展能力水平、完善绿色政绩考核体系。green development is a social development mode aiming at efficiency,harmony and sustainable development.As the advocator of the concept of green development,the promoter of green development mode,the practitioner of green development wisdom,the builder of green development mode and the person in charge of green development responsibility,the government shoulders the responsibility of cultivating strong ecological culture,promoting ecological protection and restoration,comprehensively managing ecological environment,preventing and controlling ecological risks,and promoting the development of green industry.To promote green development better and faster,the government needs to strengthen the political responsibility of green development,implement the management of ecological responsibility list,build a green production and living system,improve the level of green development ability,and improve the green performance evaluation system.
