4例感染性休克合并多脏器功能障碍患者的护理体会

摘　　要：2019年11月至2020年6月,我院急诊外科收治4例因腹股沟疝嵌顿并坏疽、腹部外伤肠破裂、化脓性阑尾炎穿孔、肠梗阻导致的感染性休克患者行手术治疗,术后合并多脏器功能障碍。经急诊医护团队有效的抢救,与家属有效沟通,积极治疗,呼吸机辅助呼吸,持续性肾脏替代疗法(CRRT),护士密切的病情观察、有效的护理措施预防各类并发症的发生,患者病情均好转康复出院。本文对此4例患者的护理体会进行了总结。From November 2019 to June 2020,4 patients with septic shock caused by incarcerated inguinal hernia and gangrene,intestinal rupture due to abdominal trauma,suppurative appendicitis perforation and intestinal obstruction were admitted in emergency department of our hospital for surgical treatment.After operation,the patients complicated with multiple organ dysfunction.After effective rescue by the emergency medical team,effective communication with family members,positive treatment,ventilator assisted breathing,continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT),nurses'close observation of the disease,and effective nursing measures for preventing the occurrence of all kinds of complications,the patients recovered and discharged from hospital.This paper summarized the nursing experience of 4 patients.
