心电散点图诊断室上性心律失常的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨心电散点图诊断室上性心律失常的价值。方法选择2019年6月至2020年9月我院收治的300例室上性心律失常患者作为本次的研究对象,患者均通过3次24 h动态心电图确诊为房性早搏、房性早搏未下传、交界性早搏、房性并行心律、心房颤动、心房扑动。将每位患者的24 h动态心电图的诊断结果做成散点图。分析心电散点图的诊断准确率;比较不同心律失常类型患者的心电散点图B线斜率。结果心电散点图的诊断准确率为99.67%。除房性并行心律、心房颤动、心房扑动以外,其他心律失常类型患者的B线斜率两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电散点图具有操作简便、结果不需要人工修正、可节约时间成本的优势,且具有较高的诊断准确率,能够避免一些意外数据导致对诊断的干扰,是一种比较理想的辅助工具。Objective To explorethe value of ECG scatter plot in the diagnosis of supraventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 300 supraventricular arrhythmia patients admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to September 2020 were selected as this research objects.The patients were diagnosed as atrial premature beat,atrial premature beat not transmitted,borderline premature beat,atrial parallel rhythm,atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter through three times of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram.The 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis results of each patient were made into scatter plot.The diagnostic accuracy of ECG scatter plot was analyzed,and the B-line slope of ECG scatter plot in patients with different arrhythmia types was compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ECG scatter plot was 99.67%.Except that atrial parallel rhythm,atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter,there were significant differences in B-line slope of patients with other arrhythmias between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion ECG scatter plot has the advantages of simple operation,no manual correction of results and saving time and cost,and has higher diagnostic accuracy,it can avoid the interference of some unexpected data to the diagnosis,which is an ideal auxiliary tool.
