多普勒超声联合MRI在胎盘植入诊断中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究多普勒超声联合磁共振成像(MRI)在胎盘植入诊断中的应用效果。方法选取我院141例疑似胎盘植入孕妇作为研究对象,所有孕妇均采用多普勒超声(超声组)、MRI(MRI组)、多普勒超声联合MRI(联合组)检查,以病理检查结果作为金标准,比较不同诊断方式对胎盘植入的诊断效能。结果联合组对胎盘植入的漏诊率、误诊率低于MRI组与超声组,阴性预测值、阳性预测值、准确度、特异度及灵敏度高于MRI组与超声组(P<0.05)。联合组对胚胎植入分极的诊断准确度高于MRI组与超声组,且MRI组高于超声组(P<0.05)。结论多普勒超声联合MRI应用于胎盘植入诊断中,能获得较为理想的诊断效果。Objective To study the application effect of Doppler ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of placenta accreta.Methods A total of 141 pregnant women with suspected placenta accreta in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All pregnant women were given Doppler ultrasound(ultrasound group),MRI(MRI group)and Doppler ultrasound combined with MRI(combined group).The pathological examination results were taken as the gold standard,and the diagnostic efficiency of placenta accreta in the different diagnostic methods were compared.Results The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of placenta accreta in the combined group were lower than those in the MRI group and the ultrasound group,and the negative predictive value,positive predictive value,accuracy,specificity and sensitivity were higher than those in the MRI group and the ultrasound group(P<0.05).The accuracy of placenta acereta grading diagnosis in the combined group was higher than that in the MRI group and the ultrasound group,and that in the MRI group was higher than the ultrasound group(P<0.05).Conclusion Doppler ultrasound combined with MRI in the diagnosis of placenta accreta can obtain ideal diagnostic effect.
