黑河市文旅资源整合的策略

摘　　要：黑河市文化有鲜明的寒地开放、多元包容的地域特色,黑河自然、人文生态旅游资源优势突出。文旅资源遵循有规划有效益、有的放矢、保护与开发并举、多元同步发展的原则,在全域旅游理念指导下进行全方位整合,深入挖掘潜力,围绕主题形象定位,打造精品文化旅游产业,助力黑河市文化旅游产业高质量、高效益可持续发展。The culture of Heihe City has distinct regional characteristics of openness,diversity and inclusiveness in the cold region.Heihe City has prominent natural and humanistic ecological tourism resources.Integrating cultural tourism resources should follow the principles of being planned and profi table,having a defi nite target,making eff orts both in protection and development,and developing in multiple ways.The strategies of integrating cultural tourism resources are suggested as the following:taking comprehensive integration under the guidance of the concept of holistic tourism,tapping the potentials,positioning around the theme image,making the high-quality culture tourism industry,assisting high-quality,high-benefi t and sustainable development for the cultural tourism industry in Heihe city.
