摘  要:我国成品油管道采用水联运方式投产,导致其运行期间存在管内积水问题。为了研究管内积水的分布及运移规律,自行设计并搭建了成品油携积水试验环道装置,开展了多流速、多注水量、多管道倾角工况的成品油携积水试验,在此基础上对试验现象及数据进行分析。研究表明:积水仅在倾斜管内存在临界爬坡流速,其流速值随着积水量和管道倾角的增大而增加;水平管条件下,油水两相流型为分层流,随着管道倾角的增大,依次出现波浪流、泡状流;水平管条件下,随着油相表观流速增大,积水清除时间减小;临界爬坡流速条件下,初始注水量0.15 L、管道倾角20°工况积水量不见明显减少,流型维持为泡状流,其余工况倾斜管内积水量逐渐减少,流型由波浪流(泡状流)逐渐转变为分层流;积水运移阶段,其运移速度随油相表观流速的增大而增大,清除时间随油相表观流速的增大而减少。In China,the pipeline of oil products is put into operation by water combined transporta-tion,which leads to the problem of stagnant water in the pipeline.In order to study the distribution and migration law of stagnant water in pipe,the loop device for product oil water carrying test is designed and built,and the product oil stagnant water test is carried out under the condition of multi-flow rate,multi-water injection volume and multi-pipeline inclination angle.On this basis,the test phenomena and data are analyzed.The results show that:First,the critical climbing velocity of stagnant water exists only in the inclined pipe,and its value increases with the increase of water accumulation and pipeline inclination angle.Second,under the condition of horizontal pipe,the oil-water two-phase flow pat-tern is stratified flow,and wave flow and bubble flow appear in turn with the increase of pipeline incli-nation angle.Third,under the condition of horizontal pipe,stagnant water removal time decreases with the increase of oil phase apparent velocity.Fourth,under the condition of initial water injection of 0.15L and pipeline inclination angle of 20°,the accumulated water does not decrease obviously,and the flow pattern is maintained as bubble flow.The water accumulation in the inclined pipe decreases gradually,and the flow pattern changes from wave flow(bubble flow)to stratified flow under the rest conditions.Fifth,in the stagnant water migration stage,the migration velocity increases and the re-moval time decreases with the increase of oil phase apparent velocity.
