摘 要:随着全球油气行业的持续发展,国内外各大油田在提高油气开采量、提升油气集输和处理效率以及降低系统能耗等方面采取了各种有效措施,其中油气全流程密闭工艺可以有效提高油气的利用率,减少油气损耗,降低气体排放及减轻环境污染,提高油田的整体运营收益。结合中国石油在伊拉克哈法亚项目一、二、三期工程经验,对哈法亚油田油气集输及油气处理加工全流程进行系统研究,形成了一整套全流程密闭工艺方案,提高了油气输送过程的安全性,可有效减少油气损耗量,显著降低投资及操作运行费用,推动了油田开发与管理的进一步提升。With the continuous development of the global oil and gas industry,the oil fields at home and abroad have taken various effective measures to improve the oil and gas production,the oil and gas gathering and transportation capacity,and processing efficiency as well as to reduce system energy con-sumption.The application of entire process airtight technology in oil and gas gathering and processing system can effectively improve the utilization rate of oil and gas,reduce the loss of oil and gas,reduce gas emissions and environmental pollution,and improve the overall operating income of the oilfield.Based on the experience of the surface facility project of Halfaya Oilfield Development Phase I,Phase II and Phase III in Iraq,this article systematically researches the entire process of oil and gas gathering and transportation and processing in Halfaya Oilfield,and forms a set of entire process airtight technologies.The technology can improve the safety of oil and gas transportation process,effectively reduce oil and gas loss,significantly reduce investment and operating costs,and further promote the development and management of the oilfield.
