摘 要:传统采出水处理工艺的水质主控指标虽满足注水需求,但仍存在细菌数量超标、溶解氧腐蚀等问题,对注水系统产生不利影响,并且存在着VOCs超标排放的潜在环保风险。因此采用隔绝空气的方法来控制溶解氧腐蚀,压缩系统停留时间的方法来控制细菌数量,从而确保出水水质、保证注水效果,是未来油田采油水处理的重要方向。通过对全密闭短流程工艺核心设备的技术原理、采出水处理方案优选、工艺流程三个方面进行研究,形成了一套满足不同水质需求的采出水处理工艺体系。目前全密闭短流程采出水处理工艺已在南堡油田NP2-3LP采出水处理站中应用,不仅满足了注水开发需求,也为该工艺在其他区块的推广应用起到了良好的示范作用。The main control indexes of water quality of the traditional produced water treatment pro-cess meet the standard of water injection,but there are still problems such as excessive number of bac-teria and dissolved oxygen corrosion.These problems have adverse effects on the water injection sys-tem,and there is also the potential environmental risk of VOCs excessive discharge.Therefore,it is an important direction of oil production water treatment in oil field to control dissolved oxygen corrosion by isolating air and control the number of bacteria by compressing the system residence time,so as to ensure the water quality and water injection effect in the future.In this paper,a set of produced water treatment technology systems has been formed by studying the technical principle of the core equipment in the fully airtight short-process,the optimization of the produced water treatment scheme and the technical process,which adapting to meet the requirements of different water quality.At present,the fully airtight short-process produced water treatment technology has been applied in NP2-3LP pro-duced water treatment station in Nanpu Oilfield,which not only meets the demand of water injection development,but also plays a good demonstration for its promotion and application in other blocks.
