摘  要:液压支架是确保煤矿工作面安全正常生产的重要设备,在应对顶板来压方面发挥着关键作用。随着煤矿开采深度日益增大,冲击地压现象发生逐渐频繁,如何提高液压支架的抗冲击能力是解决煤矿冲击地压事故的关键问题。提出一种将磁流变缓冲技术应用于液压支架冲击缓冲的思路,设计了一种液压支架缓冲元件并分别对传统液压支架和加装缓冲元件的液压支架进行了仿真对比分析。结果表明:加装磁流变缓冲元件后液压支架在受到冲击时大流量安全阀泄流情况和立柱受力情况均有明显改善,极大提高了支架的抗冲击地压能力。The hydraulic support is an important equipment to ensure the safety and normal production of coal mine working face,which plays a key role in roof weighting resistance.With the increasing mining depth of coal mine,the phenomenon of rock burst occurs more and more frequently.How to improve the shock resistance ability of hydraulic support is the key problem to solve the accident of rock burst in coal mine.In this paper,The idea of applying Mr damper technology to anti shock hydraulic support is put forward,A damper element of hydraulic support is designed.The traditional hydraulic support and the hydraulic support with damper element are simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that when the hydraulic support is impacted,the relief condition of the large flow safety valve and the stress condition of the column are obviously improved,which can greatly improve the shock resistance ability of the hydraulic support.
