摘 要:为解决集成式液压变压器流量控制问题,提出一种进出口等流量的四口液压变压器,其显著特点在于改变变压比的同时其进出口流量不会发生变化,即可将四口液压变压器直接串入现有液压系统的负载回路中,以达到能量回收的目的。针对液压变压器实验成本高、研发周期长,采用AMESim建立四口液压变压器虚拟样机,对其流量特性进行仿真研究,并通过与实验数据的比较,验证仿真结果的准确性。结果表明:虚拟样机运转正常,仿真数据与实验结果一致,对四口液压变压器的改进与节能应用有一定的指导作用。In order to solve the flow control problem of hydraulic transformer,a four-port hydraulic transformer(FHT)is proposed.The remarkable feature of the FHT is that the flow rate at inlet and outlet ports are equal.This means that the FHT can be connected into the load circuit of hydraulic system to recovery energy without refreshing flow rate.Aiming at solving high experimental cost and long development cycle of hydraulic transformer,a simulation experiment method of the virtual prototype by AMESim is proposed.The flow characteristics are simulated and the accuracy of the simulation results is verified by comparing with the experimental data.The results show that the virtual prototype runs normally and the simulation data conform to the experimental results,which has a certain reference for the development and energy-saving application of four-port hydraulic transformer.
