摘 要:外贸竞争新优势的培育是疫情形势下我国构建国内国际双循环相互促进的关键因素,是实现我国外贸向高质量发展的必经途径。理论分析表明,国内消费结构升级通过促进技术创新、形成规模经济和品牌效应对外贸竞争新优势的培育产生影响。利用40个国家(地区)2000—2016年的跨国面板数据所做的实证研究也发现,消费结构指数的增加能够显著促进一国出口产品技术复杂度的提升,并且技术创新、规模经济以及品牌效应发挥着显著的中介作用。同时消费结构升级的促进作用受到一国人力资本、收入不平等程度和市场一体化程度等因素的制约。因此,我国需要在加快人力资本的积累、优化创新环境、完善收入分配机制和消除国内市场分割等方面采取有针对性的政策措施。The cultivation of new competitive advantages of foreign trade is the key factor for China to build a mutual promotion mechanism of the domestic and international double circulation under the epidemic situation as well as the only way to realize the high-quality development of China foreign trade.The theoretical analysis shows that the upgrading of domestic consumption structure produces effects on the cultivation of new competitive advantages of foreign trade by promoting technological innovation,forming scale economy and brand effect.It is also found in the empirical study conducted by using transnational panel data of 40 countries(areas)from 2000 to 2016 that the increase of consumption structure index can significantly promote the technical complexity of a country’s export products with technological innovation,scale economy and brand effect playing a significant intermediary role.Meanwhile,the promoting effect of consumption structure upgrading is restricted by a country’s human capital,income inequality degree and market integration degree.Therefore,it is necessary for China to take targeted policy measures in accelerating the accumulation of human capital,optimizing the innovation environment,perfecting the income distribution mechanism and eliminating the domestic market segmentation.
