摘  要:以房山日光温室黄瓜次生盐渍化土壤为供试土壤,在轻度盐胁迫条件下,设置不同用量土壤调理剂(750、1500、2250kg·hm^(-2))与有机肥、微生物菌肥配施,研究分析土壤调理剂对提升土壤肥力及黄瓜生长发育的影响,以期为土壤调理剂在设施蔬菜的种植应用上提供参考依据。结果表明:施用土壤调理剂和微生物菌肥后,土壤有机碳和速效养分含量增加,土壤肥力提升;黄瓜植株株高、茎粗、叶片数以及叶绿素含量增加幅度显著,丙二醛含量降低,脯氨酸含量显著增加,最高增幅为24.1%,土壤调理剂和微生物菌肥混施对缓解黄瓜所受盐胁迫效果较好;黄瓜茎叶全氮、全钾和钙、铁、锰、锌、硼元素含量均有显著增加,黄瓜体内维生素C、可溶性固形物含量以及黄瓜产量较对照组CK分别增加22.4%、12.6%、36.8%,对黄瓜的品质提升和产量增幅显著。土壤调理剂在提升次生盐渍化土壤肥力、降低盐胁迫程度、促进黄瓜植株生长发育和增产提质方面具有显著效果。The cucumber secondary salinized soil in Fangshan solar greenhouse was used as the test soil,and the effects of soil conditioner(750,1500,2250kg·hm^(-2))under mild salt stress were applied with organic fertilizer and microbial fertilizer,in order to improve soil fertility and cucumber growth and development.The results showed that after applying soil conditioner and microbial fertilizer,the content of soil organic carbon and available nutrients increased,and soil fertility improved.Cucumber plant height,stem diameter,number of leaves relative content of chlorophyll increased significantly,malondialdehyde content decreased,proline content increased significantly,with a maximum increase of 24.1%.Soil conditioning agent and microbial fertilizer combined had a better effect on alleviating salt stress on cucumber.The content of total nitrogen,total potassium,calcium,iron,manganese,zinc and boron in cucumber stem and leaf organs were significantly increased.The content of vitamin C,soluble solid and cucumber yield in cucumber were increased by 22.4%,12.6%and 36.8%respectively compared with CK in the control group,which significantly increased the quality and yield of cucumber.Soil conditioner showed significant effects in improving the fertility of secondary salinized soil,reducing salt stress,promoting the growth and development of cucumber plants and increasing the yield and quality of cucumber plants.
