基于多学科协作的临床护理路径在糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于多学科协作的临床护理路径在糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:将2017年7月1日~2020年6月1日收治的80例糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于多学科协作的临床护理路径,比较两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、住院费用、住院时间、疾病相关知识掌握情况及饮食合格情况。结果:研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、住院费用、住院时间、疾病相关知识掌握情况及饮食合格情况均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤患者实施基于多学科协作模式的临床护理路径,可提高患者对血糖管理相关知识掌握程度,有效稳定患者血糖控制水平,从而缩短住院时间。Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway based on multidisciplinary cooperation model in diabetic patients with tumor.Methods:A total of 80 patients diabetes mellitus complicated with malignant tumor during July 1,2017 to June 1,2020 were divided by the random number table method into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group,and the routine clinical pathway nursing was carried out in the control group.On this basis,the study group was given clinical nursing pathway based on multi-disciplinary collaborative model,comparison was made on fasting blood glucose,2 h blood glucose after breakfast,2 h blood glucose after meal,hospitalization fees,hospitalization time,master of disease related knowledge,and diet qualification.Results:The fasting blood glucose,2 h blood glucose after meal,hospitalization fees,hospitalization time,master of disease related knowledge,and diet qualification were better in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients of diabetes mellitus complicated with malignant tumor can improve the knowledge of blood glucose management among patients,effectively stabilize the blood glucose control level of patients,so as to reduce the hospitalization time.
