摘  要:伴随着大数据、人工智能及能源互联网等战略新兴产业的发展,具有全息状态感知、全态量化评估、全程精准控制、全域智能交互功能的智能全景电网是电力系统发展新形态。充分发挥新型信息产业技术优势,建立多元、异构、灵活、智能的负荷管理系统,是实现智能电网安全经济运行和精准控制的关键。然而,传统的电网负荷管理模式大多强调电网与用户之间的互动,较少涉及电网负荷自身的多级分层聚合和虚拟等效测辨体系。在智能全景电网理论框架基础上,提出了构建虚拟负荷(virtual load,VL)的设想。首先详细阐述虚拟负荷的基本概念、核心内涵及建设目标。在此基础上,以信息驱动的虚拟负荷分层聚合、等效测辨与协同管理为核心主线,系统部署了虚拟负荷管理系统(virtualload management system,VLMS)的理论体系和关键技术。最后,从工程实用化角度进一步给出虚拟负荷的实施路线,为实现智能全景电网的安全稳定运行和电能高效利用提供有力支撑。With the development of strategic emerging information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,the intelligent panoramic grid with the functions as holographic state perception,full-state quantitative assessment,full-process precise control,and global intelligent interaction has become a new form of the power system development.Taking full advantage of the new information industry technology and establishing a diversified,heterogeneous,flexible,and intelligent load management system is the key to achieving safe and economic operation and precise control of the smart grid.However,the traditional load management mode mostly emphasizes the interaction between the grid and the users,but rarely involves the multi-level hierarchical aggregation and virtual equivalent identification system.Based on the intelligent panoramic grid theory,this paper proposes the idea of constructing a virtual load(VL).The paper first puts forward the basic concept,the core connotation and the construction goals of the virtual load in detail.On this basis,the theoretical system and the key technologies of the virtual load management system(VLMS)are deployed based on the core line of the hierarchical aggregation,the equivalent identification,and the collaborative management of the virtual load.Finally,from the perspective of engineering practicability,the implementation route of the virtual loads is further given to provide strong support for the safe and stable operation and the efficient use of electrical energy in intelligent panoramic grid.
