摘 要:随着可再生能源与电力电子设备的快速发展,在柔直系统中出现了新型高频谐振问题,如何准确刻画输电线路在高频下的动态特性成为分析该问题的关键所在。为了确定适用于高频谐振分析的输电线路模型,首先对比当前各种线路模型的阻抗特性及建模难度,并以典型柔直系统为例验证各模型对于高频谐振现象的复现效果;然后,基于对比结果提出一种相对精确且易于建模的高频特性相关模型,并通过时域仿真和阻抗分析验证该模型在高频谐振暂态响应和稳定性评估中的正确性和有效性。With the increasing penetration of renewable energy and the power electronic equipment in power systems,an emerging type of high-frequency resonance has occurred in the MMC-HVDC system.To analyze this issue,the accurate modeling of the high-frequency characteristics of transmission lines is critical.To find a transmission line model suitable for the high-frequency resonance analysis,this paper first compares the precision and modeling difficulties of the existing transmission line models.Next,time-domain simulations are carried out with a typical MMC-HVDC system to check the accuracy of these models in reproducing the high-frequency resonance phenomenon.Then the high-frequency dependent line model that is easy to model and suitable for the analysis of high-frequency resonance in the MMC-HVDC system is proposed based on the comparative studies.The validity and effectiveness of the proposed model are further verified using time-domain simulations and impedance-based stability criterion.
