摘 要:极端自然灾害对配电网电力与通信系统会造成较大损害,配电网恢复过程中电力与通信系统相互影响、制约,两者的协调可能使配电网更有效、快速地恢复。为提高配电网灾后的恢复速度和效率,文章提出基于网格化的配电网灾后电力与通信协调恢复方法。首先根据移动基站与电力节点的对应关系划分配电网多级网格,以抢修时间短和停电损失小为目标分别建立配电网电力-通信协调恢复模型;其次分解灾后配电网系统的恢复过程,提出紧急通信优先恢复的电力-通信协调恢复方法,在此基础上提出一种基于网格划分的配电网电力-通信协调恢复策略;最后以IEEE33节点配电网系统为例验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。Extreme natural disasters will cause great damage to the power and communication systems of the distribution network.During the restoration process of the distribution network,the power and communication systems interact and restrict each other.The coordination of the two can make the distribution network restore effectively and quickly.In order to improve the recovery speed and efficiency of distribution network after disasters,power-communication coordination recovery strategies based on gridding method after disasters are proposed.Firstly,according to the corresponding relationship between mobile base stations and power nodes,multi-level grids of distribution network are divided,and power-communication coordinated recovery models of distribution network are respectively established aiming at short rush repair time and small power outage loss.Secondly,the restoration process of distribution network system after disaster is decomposed,and a coordinated recovery method with partial communication restoration in priority is proposed.On this basis,a coordinated recovery strategy of power-communication is proposed in combination with gridding method.Finally,the IEEE33-node distribution network system is taken as an example to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
