摘　　要：介绍了废氯气处理装置工艺流程及过程控制。对运行过程中存在的问题进行分析论证,提出合理可行的技术方案,进行相应设备改造:改造一级、二级吸收塔连通方式,增加有效氯在线检测仪,更换循环碱泵出口管道材质,改造循环碱液冷却器温度自动调节装置,改造碱液高位槽出口阀联锁等。改造后,装置的运行稳定性提高,实现废氯气处理装置安全、稳定、高效运行。The process flow and process control of waste chlorine gas treatment unit are introduced.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems occurred in the operation of the unit,puts forward reasonable and feasible technical schemes,and carries out corresponding equipment transformation.These transformationp include improving the connection between the primary and the secondary absorption towers,adding an available chlorine on-line detector,changing the material of the outlet pipe of circulating alkali pump,reforming the automatic temperature regulating device for circulating alkali cooler,and reforming the interlock of the outlet valve of high level alkali tank.After the transformations are carried out,the operation stability of the unit is improved,and the safe,stable and efficient operation of the waste chlorine gas treatment unit is realized.
