摘　　要：介绍了片碱生产系统热载体熔盐的性质、工艺流程、配制方法、升温过程中注意的问题以及废熔盐的处置措施,对熔盐系统常见的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决办法。Molten salt is used as the heat carrier for flake caustic soda production system.The molten salt is introduced,ineluding its properties,process flow,preparation method,points to note during the heating process.The disposal measures of the waste molten salt are also introduced.The common problems occurred in the molten salt system are analyzed,and the solutions are put forward.
