摘 要:目的:综合评价不同产地衢枳壳药材的质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定衢枳壳药材中圣草次苷、芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、柚皮素、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量;采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定衢枳壳药材中总黄酮的含量;采用2020年版《中国药典》(四部)附录2204挥发油测定法甲法测定衢枳壳药材中挥发油的含量。以14批不同产地衢枳壳药材中上述6个黄酮类成分、总黄酮及挥发油的含量为指标,采用熵权TOPSIS法综合评价衢枳壳药材的整体质量。结果:14批不同产地衢枳壳药材中圣草次苷、芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、柚皮素、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、总黄酮的含量分别为2.530 4~2.915 1、4.273 7~5.313 8、34.715 8~36.695 8、3.061 1~4.456 0、4.560 9~5.773 5、45.153 6~47.019 7、145.480 1~157.022 5 mg/g,挥发油的含量为0.034~0.040 mL/g。熵权TOPSIS法分析结果显示,上述各指标权重分别为0.109 0、0.140 7、0.148 3、0.125 5、0.067 0、0.139 0、0.124 2、0.146 3;14批不同产地衢枳壳药材的平均相对贴近度分别为0.809 0、0.711 9、0.807 0、0.681 5、0.447 0、0.363 1、0.439 8、0.349 6、0.449 6、0.376 5、0.486 6、0.458 7、0.282 0、0.167 0。质量排名前4位的衢枳壳药材分别为常山县大宝山、常山县太公山、常山县鹭山和常山县小翠山产样品。结论:采用熵权TOPSIS法可对衢枳壳药材质量进行综合评价;常山县所产衢枳壳药材质量较优。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the quality of Citrus Paradisi from different producing areas comprehensively.METHODS:The contents of eriocitrin,narirutin,naringin,naringenin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Citrus Paradisi were determined by HPLC method;the contents of total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry;the contents of volatile oil were determined by volatile oil measurement method A stated in appendix 2204 of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(partⅣ).Using the contents of above 6 kinds of flavonoids componets,total flavonoids and volatile oil in 14 batches of Citrus Paradisi from different habitats as indexes,the overall quality of Citrus Paradisi was evaluated by using entropy weight TOPSIS method.RESULTS:The contents of eriocitrin,narirutin,naringin,naringenin,hesperidin,neohesperidin,total flavonoids in 14 batches of Citrus Paradisi from different producing areas were 2.5304-2.9151,4.2737-5.3138,34.7158-36.6958,3.0611-4.4560,4.5609-5.7735,45.1536-47.0197,145.4801-157.0225 mg/g,and that of volatile oil was 0.034-0.040 mL/g,respectively.The entropy weight TOPSIS analysis showed that the weights of them were respectively 0.1090,0.1407,0.1483,0.1255,0.0670,0.1390,0.1242,0.1463.The relative closeness degree of 14 batches of samples from different areas were respectively 0.8090,0.7119,0.8070,0.6815,0.4470,0.3631,0.4398,0.3496,0.4496,0.3765,0.4866,0.4587,0.2820,0.1670.Top 4 samples in the quality evaluation were collected from Dabaoshan,Taigongshan,Lushan and Xiaocuishan of Changshan county.CONCLUSIONS:The entropy weight TOPSIS method can be used for the comprehensive quality evaluation of Citrus Paradisi.The quality of Citrus Paradisi from Changshan county is better than that of samples from other areas.
