摘　　要：本文回溯了西安建筑科技大学建筑学科的历史渊源,回顾了1956年并校以来60余年的办学历史,概述了西建大建筑学科的主要研究方向和特色,介绍了60余年中各代建大学人的概况,展现了西建大建筑学人自信、自强、坚韧、求实的作风,扎根祖国西部、为国家建设无私奉献的历史使命感和社会责任感。This paper recalls the history of the discipline of architecture in Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, reviews the history of more than 60 years since the university was established in 1956. The paper summarises the main directions and characteristics in research, and introduces the general situation of the scholars during the past 60 years. It demonstrates the self-confidence, selfimprovement, tenacity, realistic style of architecture scholars of XAUAT, as well as the historical mission and social responsibility of selfless dedication to national construction while rooted in the western part of China.
