手术室综合保温措施在老年全身麻醉手术患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室综合保温措施在老年全身麻醉手术患者中的应用效果。方法98例研究对象均为2018年12月至2020年11月本院收治的老年全身麻醉手术患者,以随机数字表法将其划分为两组。对照组49例患者接受常规护理,研究组49例患者在此基础上应用手术室综合保温措施。对比两组手术时间、术中失血量、术中输液量、不同时间段体温的变化、术中低体温与寒战的发生率,以及术后苏醒时间。结果两组手术时间、术中失血量、术中输液量比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究组术中30 min、手术完成时体温较对照组更高(P<0.01)。研究组术中低体温、寒战的发生率、较对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组术后苏醒时间较对照组更短(P<0.01)。结论手术室综合保温措施在老年全身麻醉手术患者中具有显著的应用效果。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive insulation in the operating room in elderly patients with general anesthesia.Methods Ninety-eight cases of elderly patients with general anesthesia in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 49 cases received routine nursing,the study group of 49 cases on the basis of the application of comprehensive insulation measures in the operating room.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative fluid infusion,changes in body temperature at different time periods,the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and chills,and postoperative recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,blood loss and infusion volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The body temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of hypothermia and shivering in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive insulation measures in the operating room in elderly patients with general anesthesia surgery has significant application effect,suitable for clinical promotion.
