胸部结节病CT影像诊断及临床应用

摘　　要：目的探究胸部结节病CT影像诊断结果,探讨其在临床中的应用效果。方法于2018年6月至2019年6月选取我院收治的30例胸部结节病患者作为研究对象,采用CT影像诊断,回顾性分析CT影像诊断表现。结果在30例患者中,其CT影像学诊断表现包括:28例(93.33%)肺门或纵隔淋巴结肿大,18例(60.00%)肺内结节影,6例(20.00%)肺纤维化改变,4例(13.33%)支气管血管束增粗、线状致密影,3例(10.00%)小叶间隔增厚,2例(6.67%)胸膜增厚、多发胸膜结节。结论在胸部结节病中给予CT影像诊断,可以显著提高胸部结节病的诊断准确率,在临床上的应用价值较高。Objective To explore CT imaging diagnosis and clinical application of chest sarcoidosis.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,thirty patients with thoracic sarcoidosis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.CT imaging was used for diagnosis,and CT imaging diagnostic manifestations were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 30 cases of patients,the CT imaging in the diagnosis of performance include:28 cases(93.33%)of the lung or mediastinal lymph node enlargement,18 cases(60.00%)in lung nodules,6 cases(20.00%),pulmonary fibrosis change,4 cases(13.33%)bronchial enlargement of blood vessel bundle,linear density,3 cases(10.00%),interlobular septal thickening,and 2 cases(6.67%),pleural thickening and pleural nodules.Conclusion CT image diagnosis in chest sarcoidosis has a variety of manifestations and certain image characteristics.It can accurately segment the relevant conditions and characteristics of patients.This diagnosis method can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of chest sarcoidosis and is of high clinical application value.
