摘　　要：目的观察Karydakis手术治疗藏毛囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年12月至2018年12月收治的52例藏毛囊肿患者资料,其中27例接受Karydakis手术治疗的患者为观察组,25例采用传统切开引流术的患者为对照组。比较两组患者的切口二期愈合率、换药次数、术后复发率。结果观察组切口二期愈合率为22.22%,明显低于对照组(100.00%),P<0.05。观察组换药次数(13.52±8.75)次,明显少于对照组(42.52±14.93)次,P<0.05。术后随访2年,观察组复发率为0,明显低对照组复发率(20.00%),P<0.05。结论Karydakis手术治疗藏毛囊肿疗效确切,复发率低,手术简单,切口愈合时间短。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Karydakis surgery in the treatment of sacrococcygeal pilnidal sinus.Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 52 cases of sacrococcygeal pilnidal sinus from December 2014 to December 2018.Among them,27 cases received Karydakis surgery as the observation group,and 25 cases underwent traditional incision and drainage as the control group.The two groups of patients'incision secondary healing rate,the number of dressing changes,and postoperative recurrence rate were compared.Results The secondary incision healing rate in the observation group was(22.22%),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(100.00%),P<0.05.The number of dressing changes in the observation group was(13.52±8.75)times,which was significantly less than that of the control group(42.52±14.93)times,P<0.05.After 2 years of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 0,and significantly lower than the control group recurrence rate(20.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Karydakis surgery is effective in treating pilonidal sinus,with low recurrence rate,simple operation and short incision healing time.
